Can I plan my event with Events Rental Hub?

Absolutely. Start with a Quick setup or use Custom setup, then add equipment, move items on the canvas, and review your list before saving or requesting a quote.

Can I rent tents, tables and chairs?

Absolutely. Pick a ready-made Quick setup or add Single items one at a time. Popular rental equipment you can include is:

What does Custom setup do?

Just enter your guest count, table type, seats per table, and room size. The planner creates a complete seating layout and lets you know when the selected space is too small.

Can I request a quote from this planner?

Yes. When your layout is ready, select Continue to quote. Your equipment list and planner image move to the catalog quote form. Email RFQs attach the layout PNG when it is small enough. Messenger includes a text summary of the plan, then downloads the PNG so you can attach it in the chat.

Can I save my layout and continue later?

Yes. Select Save current to keep a draft in this browser on this device. Saved drafts stay local until you select Continue to quote, which is the step that carries the layout into the request for quotation.
