Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Events Rental Hub collects and processes RFQ information and any event-setup layout you choose to submit.
Information collected
When you submit an RFQ, Events Rental Hub collects the name, contact number, email address, venue, ingress and egress schedule, equipment request, notes, and setup-layout summary you provide. If you choose to attach a planner image, the generated PNG is also processed with the RFQ. Events Rental Hub does not request or collect bank, GCash, or Maya account details through this website.
Planner drafts on your device
The setup planner stores the current plan, saved drafts, and generated attachment temporarily in your browser’s local storage. Events Rental Hub does not receive that content until you submit an RFQ. You can clear the drafts through your browser storage controls or by starting a new plan.
Why Events Rental Hub uses it
Events Rental Hub uses RFQ and layout information to understand the requested arrangement, reply to your inquiry, check inventory, prepare a quotation, assess delivery and setup requirements, communicate about a potential booking, and maintain business records. A submitted layout remains a conceptual communication aid and is not treated as a venue-approved technical plan.
How the RFQ is processed
Events Rental Hub uses authorized business systems and service providers to record RFQs, send email notifications and receipts, prepare quotations, and coordinate potential bookings. Layout images are attached to the RFQ emails when they pass the website’s file checks; the raw image is not stored in the RFQ spreadsheet or published at a public URL.
Retention
Events Rental Hub’s default retention period is up to 24 months from the inquiry or the end of the related booking, unless a longer period is required for a legitimate business, accounting, legal, or dispute purpose.
Your choices and requests
You may submit an RFQ without a layout image, download the layout for manual sharing, or remove the plan before submission. You may also contact Events Rental Hub to ask about the information you provided, request correction, or raise a privacy concern. Email erh.rental@gmail.com.
Acknowledgement
The RFQ form records that you have read this Notice. That acknowledgement allows Events Rental Hub to process the inquiry and any layout you submit; it does not create a confirmed booking.
